Courthouse and Annex
Located in downtown Missoula
, the Missoula County Courthouse was built in 1910 and the Annex was added in 1966. Electro Controls’ first project at the Courthouse was completed in 1998. Electro now controls all floors of the Courthouse and all floors of the Annex.
The mechanical system includes a Heat Pump system, AHU and VAV systems, FCUs, Hot water and Chill water.
The controls system includes Steafa Smart2 controls, Siemens Talon LON, Delta Controls, and a Tridium Front End.
Partnership Health Care
Partnership Health Care was constructed and opened in downtown Missoula in 1999. Electro’s first project in this facility was completed in 2003.
The mechanical system includes an AHU and VAV system, as well as hot water and chill water systems.
The controls system is Delta Controls’ native BACnet system with a Tridium Front End.
Health Department
Electro Control’s first project at the Missoula County Health Department was completed in 2001.
The mechanical system includes an AHU and VAV system, RTU’s, and a hot water system.
The controls system includes Steafa Smart2 controls, Delta Controls, and a Tridium Front End.
